Taekwondo


Age group 7 – 15 years old for 45 minutes class

A Korean Martial Art, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. Great for developing motor skills, balance and speed.

Pointe Work – Invitation Only

Pointe classes are advanced Ballet classes for those dancers who have achieved the necessary classical technique and strength through their classical classes. Pointe concentrates on the transference of ballet steps from demi-pointe to full pointe.

**Admittance into Pointe Work is at the discretion of the instructor.

Grade 1 to 6 Ballet ,Age 7-16+

Our classical ballet classes provide an in-depth study to the style and movement of ballet. Your child will develop: technique and discipline as well as music and performance skills. As your dancer progresses through the grades, they will learn correct posture, body placement, memory and technical strength. Focus is also given to musical awareness, artistic development, stamina, creativity, and performance.  A strong ballet foundation prepares our students for a successful transition into other dance genres.

Pre-Primary, Age 5-6yrs

Pre-primary Is the first grade of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) dance syllabus. This is where your child will start to learn the very basics of ballet while developing co-ordination, musicality and self-expression through movement. This syllabus learning encourages focus, memorization, and confidence.

Baby Ballet, Age 3-5yrs

Our Baby Ballet class focuses on creative movement, basic body control and encourages the use of imagination for young children and toddlers. The children will be introduced to the beginning of dance in a fun and recreational way to explore movement through music. We use a range of colorful props and fun music to help develop their first steps which will be carried forward into formal ballet classes in the future.

CrossFit Kids

Age group 8 – 11 years old for 1 hour class

This is a fun and energetic way for your child to incorporate fitness into their daily routine using safe methods of training and activities that children naturally enjoy. It is also an exciting and fun way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits.

The class duration is short and its play-based curriculum is geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are age-appropriate developmental motor skills for the average 6 to 11 year-old.
