How long till I can do a handstand?

MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION. There is no exact answer. No two people are the same. No two people have the same abilities, strength, mobility coordination etc. and also at the end of the day the results are also directly related to the time and effort that is put in.

The classes are open to all people over the age of 16. No pre-assessment is required and the classes are suitable for multiple abilities levels, from beginners through to advanced level.

The classes cover all the gymnastics basics from stretching to handstands, all the way up to the use of high level apparatus such as rings and bars.

The maximum number of people per class is 20.

When you attend your first training session, the coach will start with a brief assessment. This will help determine your current level and provide guidance on how to progress and achieve your fitness goals.
