Class details

This class focuses on fundamental Hip-Hop movements including basic body isolations and party dances from the 80s and 90s. Class choreography is largely influenced by the party/club dances of the Old and New school, Popping, Locking, House. This is a high energy class with an emphasis on fun, flava, and attitude. As combinations in the class are taught, each step is broken down slowly and told where the movement is coming from based on the style of the combination. Get ready to groove!
