Strongman is also a strength based sport where athletes partake in several events involving different aspects of mental and physical strength,speed and endurance. There is a wide variety of possible event and training combinations, namely pulling/pushing and picking up odd objects. Strongman is a sport for all and implements are scaled to suit your abilities.
