Suspension Training is a method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Using the TRX you are in control. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. This class uses a variety of movement modalities to build a workout which will improve your athletic performance.
