A professional dancer and choreographer, Amanda brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. With a background of gymnastics, dance and sport, movement is a way of life for this natural born performer. Amanda regards the fitness community is her second family – a home away from home – and she loves to coach both group fitness and private training sessions. She will be offering a range of classes which bring together her love of dance, fitness and movement from barre to spinning and many more.
