Michael is a dedicated fitness professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He brings a passion for improving clients’ health, wellness and quality of life. Michael passionately achieves this by delivering high quality training, using techniques in exercise science, cardio programs, strength and conditioning training.

Michael enjoys body building and bootcamp style classes. He brings that element into all of his group classes as well as personal training sessions.
