Sport and fitness have been integral parts of Tom’s life from a young age. His main sport in his native Australia was competing in the Australian Football League but he also participated in rugby, swimming and basketball just to name a few. This passion for movement is what drove him into studying Exercise Physiology at university and eventually led him to CrossFit.
