Meet Jordan Dodd
Jordan Dodd is not only the esteemed Head of Dance but also the lifeblood of the academy. Her illustrious journey, which began at the age of three, led her through the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) and the Royal Academy ( RAD) examinations to the prestigious stages of London and beyond. At Fly High, she infuses her extensive experience and passion for teaching into every class, ensuring that the academy’s standards mirror the best in the world.
The Academy’s Unique Setup:
Nestled within the expansive Fly High Fitness Center, the dance academy boasts dedicated spaces designed for each discipline. From state-of-the-art studios to gymnastics facilities, every inch of our center is optimized to enhance our dancers’ skills, guided by a curriculum as comprehensive as it is captivating.

Achieving Dance Mastery
Fly High Fitness Dance Academy’s progressive levels—beginner, intermediate, advanced, and elite—guide dancers from foundational steps to competition-ready performers. The elite tier, accessible by invitation, is for those who proudly represent our academy in high-caliber competitions, such as “The Dance Experience Competition.” They are the ones watched by scouts from events like “Move It” at ExCeL London, where the world’s most prominent dance talents convene. Our elite dancers are versatile, with a solid background in Ballet and Contemporary, but are also proficient in other styles such as Jazz, Commercial, and Hip Hop.
The commitment of these elite dancers goes beyond weekly classes; they are ambassadors of our academy’s high standards in competitions both locally and internationally. With events planned for October and March in Dubai and potential opportunities with Disneyland, our dancers are given platforms to showcase their prowess and the discipline they have honed. The elite level is not just a class—it’s the dream of every dancer at Fly High, a symbol of reaching the pinnacle of their dance journey.
Faculty Showcase:
Behind every great dancer at Fly High is an exceptional instructor. Sally Yaser Daoud brings a wealth of knowledge in ballet and contemporary, while Amber Ferguson lights up the tap dance floor with experience from the entertainment hotspot Disneyland Paris. Together with Jordan and other dedicated teachers like Donna Penny, they form an unparalleled faculty.
Curriculum Highlights:
At Fly High, our curriculum is designed with a keen understanding of the developmental needs of different age groups. We offer a progression that challenges and supports students at every stage of their dance journey, from the initial steps to the finesse of advanced levels.
Beyond Dance – Life Skills and Discipline:
Jordan Dodd’s philosophy that dance is about discipline and passion, not just as a hobby but as a way of life, is deeply embedded in our teaching approach. We aim to instill life skills such as resilience, perseverance, and teamwork, alongside dance technique.
