OUR FACILITY
Fly High Fitness facility is the largest gymnastics facility in the UAE! How large? 70,000 sq. ft! We only use equipment from top-tier companies such as TechnoGym, and it’s all maintained in pristine condition to assure your only focus will be maximizing your potential and enjoying your progress while working out. Here at Fly High Fitness, we offer plunge pools, dry and wet saunas, an Olympic Swimming Pool, a CrossFit Centre, Dancing Studios, Yoga Studios, a Gymnastics area, showers and locker rooms, and of course-lounge area, a coffee shop and free Wi-Fi.

PERSONAL TRAINING
If you’re looking for a personal-training experience or if you’re only in Dubai for a short visit for a limited time, yet want to maximize results, we offer the best personal-training sessions.
We have a team of incredible, experienced and professional personal trainers who will motivate you to reach your fitness goals and will make sure you keep your progress going. We will match you with a personal trainer specializing in the type of training you look for, and your personal trainer will build a training program tailored for you.
Our coaches are carefully selected from many applicants and are absolutely one of a kind. We believe that great coaches are the greatest asset, and are proud to have on our team the best of the best.
CLEANLINESS
As Fly High Fitness facility we are proud of our highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. We have an in-house cleaning crew and all equipment and studios are cleaned multiple times a day.
HOURS
We want to make sure we fit your schedule and not the other way around, so we are open every weekday from 6 AM to 10 PM! On weekends, we are open from 7 AM and close at 7 PM to make sure you will be able to become your best self on weekends too!
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS AND PACKAGES
We offer 4 different membership tiers to match your fitness needs and goals: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. We also allow 3 types of contracts to allow you to commit on your own terms (month-to-month, 12-months or singular one month with no commitment).
