Have you ever dreamed of flying? Now you can! Fly High Fitness center is proud to introduce you with a new workout that will sweep you off your feet (literally, you will be off your feet the entire class!)- Aerial Yoga.

WHAT IS AERIAL YOGA?

Aerial yoga is a type of circus-yoga practice that combines classical yoga postures with aerial acrobatics. The main difference between Aerial yoga to other types of yoga is that most yoga classes take place on a mat and you’re staying on the ground during class, while in Aerial yoga you will be working off the ground with a hammock (Aerial silk) and pretty much will be hang upside down and fly while discovering different inversions! (Don’t worry, we will help you get there)

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PRACTICING AERIAL YOGA?

Aerial yoga is a progressive practice that promotes great spine-building strength as well as flexibility and relaxation of the nervous system.
While practicing Aerial yoga with our devoted instructors, you will develop athletic skills and improve your stability and balance while enjoying the newest trendy workout exclusive to Fly High Fitness members.

CAN I TRY AERIAL YOGA IF I’M A BEGINNER?

Absolutely! Aerial yoga can be a fantastic new experience for beginners. This is one of the best ways to learn more about your body while enjoying a unique workout!
There are a maximum of 10 participants per class to keep it intimate and to make sure our instructors can give each one the attention they deserve and guide them through their practice.
The environment is inclusive and welcoming, and at the end of the practice you will feel relaxed and inspired both physically and mentally. We are proud of creating an environment that is full of positive energy and is inclusive to all levels- beginners, intermediate and advanced.

WHO SHOULD AVOID PRACTICE AERIAL YOGA?

Here at Fly High Fitness, we want to make sure you work-out safely and do nothing but elevate your health while pushing yourself to be your best.

Every workout is unique and has its own characteristics. Everybody is different and as safety precautions, we recommend avoiding Aerial Yoga if you have one of the following conditions (including but not limited to): Bone and joint disorders, cardiovascular disorders, infections such as pink eye or ear infection, vertigo, Botox within 48 hours, and more. If you aren’t sure, please check with your doctor.

Pregnant women should also consult their doctor before trying Aerial yoga.
We want to make sure you practice in a safe environment while reaching your goals. We can give modifications for a variety of inversions, but please check with your doctor if you have any of the following or other conditions that require attention.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST CLASS OF AERIAL YOGA?

If you’re looking for a personal-training experience or if you’re only in Dubai for a short visit for a limited time, yet want to maximize results, we offer the best personal-training sessions.

We have a team of incredible, experienced and professional personal trainers who will motivate you to reach your fitness goals and will make sure you keep your progress going. We will match you with a personal trainer specializing in the type of training you look for, and your personal trainer will build a training program tailored for you.

Our coaches are carefully selected from many applicants and are absolutely one of a kind. We believe that great coaches are the greatest asset, and are proud to have on our team the best of the best.

Our Aerial yoga classes schedule is as follows:


Mondays- 9:30 AM-10:30 AM
Tuesdays- 7:30 PM-8:30 PM
Thursdays- 7:30 PM -8:30 PM


All levels, men and women are welcomed in all classes. We truly believe that everyone should try it at least once. We will encourage you to do certain poses but will never push you over your limits. You can take a break at any point in time and get back when you feel ready.
