Mike brings over seven years of Crossfit coaching experience and an impressive array of certifications, including Opex CCP, Crossfit Level 2, Kids, Strongman, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Aerobic Capacity. Mike recognized that while our free pass trials are fantastic opportunities, they often leave newcomers with just a glimpse of what Crossfit entails. Crossfit is a multifaceted sport, and each class focuses on different aspects of fitness. To truly understand its essence, Mike conceived the idea of a 3-day trial, providing participants with a comprehensive experience of Crossfit.

The 3-day trial is designed to immerse you in the world of Crossfit, allowing you to grasp the programming, coaching, and overall concept. The key requirement? Consecutive attendance. The aim is to introduce you not only to our top-notch programming and coaching but also to the complimentary facilities at Fly High Fitness, including hot and cold plunge pools, saunas, lounges, and more. We want you to savor the entire experience.
Who is this for?
This 3-day trial is ideal for beginners who have been curious about Crossfit but have never taken the plunge. We understand that Crossfit can seem intimidating, which is why our two coaches per class will provide personalized assessments and assistance, ensuring you feel comfortable and empowered.
What to Expect?
During your 3-day trial, you’ll experience various aspects of Crossfit, including gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, strength and bodybuilding, cardio, and more. Each day is dedicated to a different skill or aspect of Crossfit, allowing you to gain a well-rounded understanding of this dynamic sport.
How Many Days a Week Do You Need to Do Crossfit?
Crossfit is most effective when practiced regularly. Our recommendation? Aim for a minimum of five sessions per week, with some dedicated individuals attending six or seven times weekly. This consistent routine not only fosters physical growth but also provides a much-needed outlet for stress relief in our modern, often sedentary lifestyles.
We offer a variety of class options to accommodate your schedule:
Morning Workouts (6 am, 7 am, 8:30 am)
Evening Sessions (5 pm, 6 pm)
Friday Options (4 pm, 5 pm)
Saturday Mornings (9 am, 10 am)
Sunday Fly 90 Class (Exclusive 90-minute class)
What to Bring
For your 3-day trial, all you need is a positive attitude. While water and a face towel are handy, your enthusiasm and determination are the most important assets you can bring.
